What payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover through Paypal.

How do you ship my orders?
All orders are shipped via USPS and you will receive a shipping notification as soon as the order is shipped.

Is there a minimum ordering quantity?
No, there's no minimum quantity.

What is your returns policy?
All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost.

Do you accept money order?
We can't take money order at this time. However, we do accept money transfer via Western Union.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. However, there are a few more requirements to ship to destinations outside the U.S. We have a $350.00 merchandise minimum. We do not pay freight on international orders.

The freight is calculated by weight and destination and ships USPS. Global Express in most cases. Kindly email us at sales@clothes4dog.com for shipping charges.
